Coming soon on August 2013
Chyna's Note:
Last time I checked on Netgalley I saw Crown of Midnight waiting for me to be read, but after I requested for it I was declined because it was only for UK reviews. I wanted to cry so hard that I almost created a dam big enough to drown me in my misery. I hate it when that happens, I was so psyched to read Crown of Midnight then that happened. Ugh! It's irritating...

An assassin’s loyalties are always in doubt. But her heart never wavers.
After a year of hard labor in the Salt Mines of Endovier, eighteen-year-old assassin Celaena Sardothien has won the king's contest to become the new royal assassin. Yet Celaena is far from loyal to the crown – a secret she hides from even her most intimate confidantes.
Keeping up the deadly charade—while pretending to do the king's bidding—will test her in frightening new ways, especially when she's given a task that could jeopardize everything she's come to care for. And there are far more dangerous forces gathering on the horizon -- forces that threaten to destroy her entire world, and will surely force Celaena to make a choice.
Where do the assassin’s loyalties lie, and who is she most willing to fight for?
I have got great news for you then! There are actually 2 Galleys for this one. One is the UK one and the other is US. So good luck! :)

Thanks for stopping by - happy to return the follow. Being in Canada, I've had more than my share of review titles declined due to territorial rights . . . it's definitely frustrating.
ReplyDeleteHere's my WOW
I've not read the first book in this series yet, so I'm not reading this synopsis. The first book looks great and I did buy it the other week! I'm sorry you got declined for the eGalley, I'm always getting declined for ones I really want because I live in the UK and not the US! Thanks for sharing and for stopping by my WoW post. ^.^
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading! :D
