After accidentally unleashing the gods from their captivity on Olympus, Helen must find a way to re-imprison them without starting a devastating war. But the gods are angry, and their thirst for blood already has a body count.
To make matters worse, the Oracle reveals that a diabolical Tyrant is lurking among them, which drives a wedge between the once-solid group of friends. As the gods use the Scions against one another, Lucas’s life hangs in the balance. Still unsure whether she loves him or Orion, Helen is forced to make a terrifying decision, for war is coming to her shores.
In Josephine Angelini’s compelling conclusion to the masterfully woven Starcrossed trilogy, a goddess must rise above it all to change a destiny that’s been written in the stars. With worlds built just as fast as they crumble, love and war collide in an all-out battle that will leave no question unanswered and no heart untouched.
My thoughts...

At the beginning I had a hard time relating the story to Dreamless and Starcrossed, the bigger problem was I have forgotten the story. It was a challenge to read Goddess, I had thoughts about reading the trilogy again, but I had no time. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed the last book.
At first, I got really confused on who was who, what was happening, and all that. But as I progressed through the story, the details from the previous books came back to me, and I think Josephine did a superb job in doing so. The emotions I felt while reading the first two books resurfaced, and I was able to understand the plot even more. I believe this book was a great ending to the trilogy, and was full of twists, shocking events, new romances, and new heroes too.
So here, the characters try to determine who is the Tyrant among them, Helen remembers memories of the other Helens in the past, and the gods are roaming the Earth with a very destructive plan that can endanger everyone. Helen knows she must choose between her two lovers, and is having a hard time doing so. The characters' bravery and loyalty are tested in this book, as Helen discovers new talents. The plot is brilliant, and I was reading faster than usual. The twists made me want more, and the ending of the book was awesome.
I was so into this book, I had a hard time putting it down. I loved everything about Goddess, and Helen's new talents kept me intrigued and excited. The love triangle between Lucas, Helen, and Orion helped give the story a romantic and more emotional feeling, and the way Josephine wrote this book leaves me awestruck. The pace was just right, and she didn't rush into things. It wasn't to slow either, to be a drag. The events happening kept me reading on and on. This book made me feel a lot, and is truly a good read.
My only complaint is that I wished the author wrote a longer and more dynamic battle between the gods and the Scions. I felt it lacked the... BOOM, if you know what I mean. The gods kind of accepted their defeat too easily, and I was hoping for more action. But nonetheless, I believe it was a good enough ending to the beautiful Starcrossed series.
One last complaint of mine about the book- I felt the ending between Helen and Lucas was too short. I needed more! :( I wanted them to have a emotional, romantic, and tearful moment in the end, but all they did was plan to go to Monte Carlo or something. *pout* But I'm happy with whom she chose. And they all live happily ever after. :)
I would have given this book a 5, but I felt my above complaints had to have an impact on the rating of this book. So, I will be giving this book 4.5 stars.
I recommend all of you to read Goddess! You won't regret it. Sorry for the short review.
