I am known as an action-romance type of bitch LOL I couldn't choose which to buy so I bought both. (My mother wasn't very happy when she found out) I love Julie Kagawa's books and especially Jennifer L. Armentrout's who is still on my StarAuthors list. :)) I really love her. I'm hoping this series will be as good as the covenant or maybe even better. :) Julie Kagawa has always impressed me with her stories and I never get tired of reading the Iron fey. I am FOREVA team Ash.
I'm only on page 24 of Obsidian and I'm head over heels for the main guy. He is definitely swoon worthy and the type of character worth every word. I wouldn't care if Jennifer used a whole book just about DAEMON, he is so hot!!! I am practically peppy today.
Guys I need recommendations!!! Help me!!!
The Lost Prince By Julie Kagawa
Don’t look at Them. Never let Them know you can see Them.
That is Ethan Chase’s unbreakable rule. Until the fey he avoids at all costs—including his reputation—begin to disappear, and Ethan is attacked. Now he must change the rules to protect his family. To save a girl he never thought he’d dare to fall for.
Ethan thought he had protected himself from his older sister’s world—the land of Faery. His previous time in the Iron Realm left him with nothing but fear and disgust for the world Meghan Chase has made her home, a land of myth and talking cats, of magic and seductive enemies. But when destiny comes for Ethan, there is no escape from a danger long, long forgotten.
This novel is one of Julie’s books that will have you demanding for the second one as soon as you finish your read
Obsidian By Jennifer L. Armentrout
Starting over sucks.
When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I'd pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring.... until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.
And then he opened his mouth.
Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something...unexpected happens.
The hot alien living next door marks me.
You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon's touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I'm getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.
If I don't kill him first, that is
